Shipping Delays at DOWNLITE – What’s Happening & How We’re Fixing It

We’re going​ to level with you—things behind the scenes​ at DOWNLITE have been​ a little more chaotic than usual lately. Think fluffy-pillow avalanche meets shipping slowdown. Some​ оf our operations have hit​ a temporary snag, and​ we know your patience​ is being tested more than​ a 100-night sleep trial.

Let’s start with the good news:

Now for the not-so-fun part:
? Some recent orders are taking longer than usual​ to leave our warehouse. We’re actively working​ on it—and no, we’re not secretly stuffing pillows with clouds​ by hand (though wouldn’t that​ be lovely?). The delays are human, just like​ we are.
