You may have recently stayed at a hotel or resort using one of our products. If you saw a product with the wording of 'DOWNLITE Hospitality Division' you're not alone!
There should be a secondary label that says 'Under Penalty Of Law Do Not Remove...". That is the 'law label' and it contains information on that piece of bedding. Ideally, you were able to take a photograph of it because it tells us what item you enjoyed. The 'law label' is full of information about us as a company - but only certain pieces of content identify which item.
Why is that specific product information important? We make 30 plus styles of pillows and dozens of blankets and comforters. This information helps us narrow down the options to your specific bedding item.
What we need is the product sku or job number. Best thing to do? Take a picture showing the entire label and send it to: customercare@downlite.com. A customer care associate will research the info for you.
